Step 1
Purchase Items
We know the recommended materials list can feel overwhelming at first. The easiest way to get started is by purchasing one of our BodyTech kits, which includes many of the tools used in class.
In addition to the kit, the main materials we regularly use during training include a thick foam roller, sliders, yoga pads, ankle weights, two yoga blocks, a pink straddle band (our light band used for advanced techniques), and a Pilates ball for Zoom classes.
For in person training, all materials are provided during classes and private sessions. The materials are only required if you are participating in Zoom training or practicing at home.
Step 2
Take a Private or Join a Class
Choose a class from our schedule and decide whether you would like to train in person or on Zoom. You can visit our class schedule page to find the option that best fits your level and goals.
If you are a beginner or intermediate dancer, we recommend starting with private sessions with one of our incredible instructors. Privates allow you to focus on specific areas such as turns and jumps, BodyTech training, Pilates, ballet, or any of the specialized services we offer. You are also welcome to join group classes taught by our staff as you begin your training.
Classes taught by Julian Mireles are advanced and highly intensive, so it is recommended to first become familiar with the BodyTech Method before joining those sessions.
If you are an advanced dancer, you are welcome to jump directly into any of our classes. Our training is designed to challenge even the most experienced dancers and athletes while continuing to build strength, technique, and control.
Step 3
Consider a Subscription
If you want to maximize your growth and progress as quickly as possible, we highly recommend joining one of our BodyTech subscriptions. The key to real development in flexibility, strength, and technique is consistent training, which means taking classes regularly either in person or on Zoom.
Our subscriptions allow you to attend multiple classes each week without the cost of booking individually, saving you thousands of dollars over time while giving you far more opportunities to train and improve.
As a subscriber, you also receive access to our exclusive recording portal, where new classes are added weekly. This allows you to revisit training sessions, practice on your own time, and continue improving even when you cannot attend a live class.
The subscription is designed for dancers and athletes who are serious about their development. The more consistently you train, the more your strength, control, flexibility, and overall technique will evolve through the BodyTech Method.
