By enrolling in classes, purchasing products, booking private or shared sessions, subscribing to Zoom or In Person programs, or using this website, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Enrollment and Participation

BodyTech Method provides advanced biomechanics based training for dancers. By enrolling, you acknowledge that:

• Placement is determined by level and age
• Advanced classes are not suitable for beginners
• Students may be removed from a class if they are holding the group back
• Professional conduct is expected at all times

BodyTech reserves the right to adjust placement for safety and performance standards.

2. Payments and Fees

All payments are final.

• Private sessions require full payment to secure the slot
• Shared sessions require full payment
• Class tuition must be paid in advance
• Product purchases are processed at checkout

Failure to submit payment results in loss of the reserved slot.

3. Cancellation Policy

Private and Shared Sessions

All cancellations require full payment.

Missed sessions are not credited, refunded, or transferred.

Shared slots are in high demand. Inconsistent attendance may result in loss of the slot and reassignment to a waitlisted dancer.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are recurring monthly unless otherwise specified.

• Subscription payments are non refundable
• Cancellations must be submitted before the next billing cycle
• Mid cycle cancellations do not result in partial refunds

If a subscriber cancels:

• Immediate removal from the recording portal will occur
• Access to archived classes and member materials is revoked
• Re enrollment will be at the current pricing at the time of return

Locked in pricing is forfeited upon cancellation.

4. Recording Portal Access

Recording portal access is a benefit exclusively for active subscribers.

If a subscription is paused, canceled, declined, or disputed:

• Access to the portal is immediately revoked
• Login credentials may be disabled
• Re access requires active subscription status

Sharing login information is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent removal.

5. Refund Policy

BodyTech Method maintains a strict no refund policy for:

• Subscriptions
• Private sessions
• Shared sessions
• Intensives
• Workshops
• Digital products
• Downloadable materials

Exceptions are granted only at the sole discretion of BodyTech management.

6. Scheduling and Changes

BodyTech reserves the right to:

• Modify class schedules
• Adjust instructor assignments
• Restructure offerings
• Cancel under enrolled classes

Notice will be provided when possible.

7. Media Release

Participation in classes or events grants permission for BodyTech to use photos or videos for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes unless written notice is submitted in advance.

8. Assumption of Risk

Dance training involves physical exertion and risk of injury.

By participating, you acknowledge:

• You assume all risks associated with training
• BodyTech Method and BodyBreaker are not liable for injuries sustained during participation
• You confirm that the dancer is physically able to participate

Parents or guardians accept responsibility for minors.

9. Intellectual Property

All curriculum, exercises, class structures, training systems, branding, and materials associated with BodyTech Method are proprietary.

Reproduction, distribution, or teaching of BodyTech content without written authorization is prohibited.

10. Pricing and Policy Updates

BodyTech reserves the right to:

• Adjust pricing
• Modify subscription structures
• Update policies

Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
